After studying in the technical field and gaining professional experience in management positions in the event industry, Kai Scheffler went on to study mental health and completed an MAS in Leadership and Management. For several years now, he has been focussing on the design of health-promoting working environments. As a consultant, speaker and keynote speaker, he has given numerous organisations the impetus to actively shape well-being and mental health through communication and leadership behaviour.
Kai Scheffler has been a training coordinator at IntegrityPlus AG since July 2023.
