Johann-Christoph Rudin founded his law firm in 1995 and since then, together with an interdisciplinary team (communication, education, organisational development and social work) from the partner company kompassus, he has primarily advised and represented the public sector in administrative, education and personnel law issues as well as in crisis situations and can draw on relevant further training. He is also a lecturer at the Swiss Institute of Business Administration (SIB), the Schwyz University of Teacher Education (PH) and the Zurich University of Applied Sciences (ZHAW). Johann-Christoph Rudin has specialised knowledge in the field of administrative investigations and internal investigations. As a co-founder, he brings this in-depth experience to the Board of Directors and supports the operational business of IntegrityPlus AG.
